▶ポイント

・排尿筋低活動（DU）とは，排尿筋の収縮力や収縮持続が減少するため，効率よく尿を排出できない膀胱機能障害で，高齢者によくみられる身近な膀胱機能障害である．

・DUによって発症する症状症候群が低活動膀胱（UAB）である．

・尿流動態検査などの侵襲的検査を用いないDUやUAB診断の可能性について検討されてきている．
