▶ポイント

・一般地域住民における低活動膀胱・排尿筋低活動の有病割合や自然史は，まだよくわかっていない．

・先行研究の結果から，男性でより多く症状を有し，男女とも加齢に伴って有病割合が増加することが示唆される．

・科学的に妥当な，同一の基準を用いた大規模疫学研究の実施が不可欠である．
