低活動膀胱の客観的評価：尿流動態検査の有用性と限界

▶ポイント

・低活動膀胱という用語は過活動膀胱と対比する用語であり，排尿筋過活動と対比する尿流動態検査上の用語として排尿筋低活動がある．

・排尿筋低活動とは内圧尿流検査上の所見で，排尿筋収縮力の低下または収縮時間の短縮と定義される．

・排尿筋低活動の内圧尿流検査上の定義は複数存在しており，排尿筋収縮力の低下または収縮時間の短縮という2つの要素を明確に規定するシンプルなパラメータは存在しない．
