過活動膀胱と低活動膀胱の併存

▶ポイント

・過活動膀胱と低活動膀胱の併存には膀胱血流障害の関与が示唆されているが，その病態は明らかではない．

・低活動膀胱や排尿筋低活動の定義が明確化されていないため，標準化された診断基準がない．

・過活動膀胱と低活動膀胱の併存に対する定まった治療アルゴリズムはないが，過活動膀胱に対する標準的治療が両者に有効である可能性が報告されている．
