▶ポイント

・ロボット支援前立腺全摘除術（RARP）は低侵襲な術式であるが，時に重篤な合併症が発生するため，術前より十分な準備が必要である．

・緊急ロールアウトが必要な状況を想定し，シミュレーションを行っておくことで，冷静に対処できる．

・術者のみでなく，助手による合併症が発生する可能性もあり，意思疎通を図りながら手術を進めることが必要である．
