▶ポイント

・経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術の治療目標を達成するために，手術手技への精通，起こりうる合併症の把握が重要である．

・膀胱出血が生じた際の対応方法，難治性の膀胱出血に対する治療法を把握しながら周術期管理を行う．

・膀胱穿孔は重篤な合併症となる可能性があり，迅速な診断・治療ができるよう常に念頭に置いておく必要がある．
