▶ポイント

・bipolar TURP（TURisP）では，術後尿道狭窄が高頻度であるため内視鏡挿入時に積極的に尿道ブジーを行う．

・トラブルが起きたときにすぐに手術を終えられるよう，途中で切除片を取り出すことや動脈性出血をその都度丁寧に止血することが重要である．

・被膜穿孔し静脈洞が開口するときは，monopolar TURP（M-TURP）ではTUR症候群を来すが，TURisPでも合併症を来す．
