陰茎癌

以前の常識

・病理分類は扁平上皮癌（通常型と7つの亜型）であった．

・TNM分類で尿道浸潤の有無が重視されていた．

・2cmの外科的切除縁がとられていた．

現在の常識

・病理分類で扁平上皮癌がHPV関連，HPV非関連（全15亜型）に細分化されている．

・TNM分類で尿道海綿体，陰茎海綿体浸潤が重視されている．

・2cmの外科的切除縁は不要とされている（ただし，明確な幅は示されていない）．
