以前の常識

・以前はintersex＝半陰陽と呼ばれていた．

・疾患の分類は性腺の病理をもとに行われていた．

現在の常識

・2005年に米国シカゴで行われたconsensus meetingにてdisorders of sex development＝性分化疾患という呼称が提唱され，現在広く使われるようになっている．

・疾患は染色体をもとに分類されている．

・多職種によるチーム医療が重要視されている．
