▶ポイント

・ウロビジョン^®は，膀胱癌再発の診断補助のための遺伝子検査として国内で初めて承認された．

・改訂された膀胱癌診療ガイドライン2019年版においては，ウロビジョン^®に関する内容が総論およびCQに新たに記述された．

・今後の臨床試験の蓄積により，ウロビジョン^®の結果に応じた適切な治療方法の選択や膀胱鏡間隔の設定などが期待される．
