▶ポイント

・膀胱CISに対する標準的一次治療はBCG膀胱内注入療法である．

・十分なBCG膀胱内注入療法を行ったにもかかわらず再発したhigh grade症例はBCG unresponsiveと定義された．

・腫瘍可視化技術とウロビジョンの導入により，CISに対する治療成績向上が期待される．
