▶ポイント

・非浸潤性膀胱癌（NMIBC）において，初回治療後3か月目に膀胱鏡検査を行い，その後はリスク分類に基づいた経過観察が推奨される．また，尿中分子マーカーや狭帯域光観察（NBI）は選択された症例において推奨される．

・筋層浸潤性膀胱癌（MIBC）において，再発リスクに沿った経過観察を行うことが推奨されるが，明確な経過観察プロトコールは確立されていない．

・NMIBCおよびMIBCともに上部尿路評価を行い，無症候性再発を早期に発見することは推奨されるが，明確な経過観察プロトコールは確立されていない．
