▶ポイント

・尿路上皮癌における亜型の存在と，予後および各種治療に対する効果の違いが示された．それに伴って，亜型記載の必要性が強調された．

・筋層非浸潤性尿路上皮癌のリスク分類に超高リスクが追加され，亜型もしくは脈管侵襲の存在が超高リスクの分類において重要な位置を占めることとなった．

・尿路上皮癌における亜型と分子生物学的関係が示された．
