▶ポイント

・筋層非浸潤性膀胱癌（NMIBC）における抗がん剤膀胱内注入療法は安全に実施できるが，BCG療法は副作用が強く十分に実施できない場合がある．

・シスプラチンを含む多剤併用化学療法は安全に実施できるが，シスプラチン不適応（unfit）の症例については注意が必要である．

・膀胱癌に対する免疫チェックポイント阻害薬は高齢者でも安全に使用できる．
