▶ポイント

・高齢者の周術期管理のポイントは，術後早期に飲水（Drinking），飲食（Eating），離床（Mobilizing）（これらの頭文字を統合してDREAMと呼称）を開始することである．

・チーム医療により，DREAM達成に向けたプレハビリテーションをはじめとした術前からの準備と術後の疼痛管理が重要である．

・泌尿器科領域の手術患者では，術後早期のDREAM達成はほとんどの患者で可能である．
