▶ポイント

・上部尿路癌では高齢者においても他因死よりも癌関連死が多く，癌制御を第一に考え治療方針を決定すべきである．

・腎尿管全摘除術および膀胱カフ切除術が標準的治療であり，高齢者においてもまず検討すべきアプローチである．

・リンパ節郭清，腹腔鏡手術は個々の症例に応じて主観的に判断するしかないが，暦年齢だけで低侵襲手術に流れ，癌制御を損なうことは避けるべきである．
