▶ポイント

・閉塞性巨大尿管に対する膀胱尿管新吻合術は，1歳以上で推奨される．

・尿管血流保護のため，尿管剝離の際には尿管周囲組織を十分に尿管に残す．

・血流温存がしやすいfoldingかスマートな尿管形成が可能なtaperingか，症例に応じて使い分ける．
