▶ポイント

・腎芽腫の治療戦略には，診断時根治術（COG/NWTS方式）と術前化学療法後の根治術（SIOP方式）の2通りがある．

・腎芽腫は被膜破綻による播種を来しやすく，処々の対策が必要である．

・腎部分切除術は現時点では標準術式ではないが，適応を限定して今後導入される可能性がある．
