▶ポイント

・非神経因性過活動膀胱（OAB）とメタボリック症候群，特に肥満との間に関連性があることが報告されている．

・肥満を伴うOAB患者では，薬物療法などの治療を行うと同時に体重減少を勧めることが大切である．

・非神経因性OABでは，エネルギーの産生異常との関連性が示唆されている．
