▶ポイント

・最新の疫学的知見によると尿失禁だけでなく，過活動膀胱（OAB）もフレイルとの関連が示唆される．

・フレイルは進行すれば要介護や寝たきりに至るが，適切な介入でまだ健康な状態へ回復しうる段階としてきわめて重要である．

・フレイルとの関連に着目することで，OABに対する新たなアプローチが見出される可能性がある．
