▶ポイント

・行動療法には大規模前向き研究が少なく，エビデンスレべルは十分ではない．

・侵襲がほとんどなく，経済的にも負担が少ないため，まず試されてよい治療法であり，過活動膀胱（OAB）治療の第一選択と考えられている．

・どれか1つを選択するのではなく，各種治療法を組み合わせた統合的なプログラムによって症状緩和に努める．
