▶ポイント
・仙骨神経刺激療法(SNM)は主に求心路に作用し,正常な排尿サイクルへ戻す排尿の調整役として機能していると考えられている.
・リード線挿入術は治療の成否を決める重要な行程である.また,機器挿入術であるので感染対策が重要である.
・ボツリヌス毒素療法との比較試験では,SNMのほうが術後の合併症頻度が少ないと報告されている.
