▶ポイント

・両側副腎腫瘍，片側副腎のみを有する患者に発生した副腎腫瘍，あるいは家族性副腎腫瘍などに対しては，可能な限り副腎部分切除術を行うことが望まれる．

・アルドステロン産生腺腫の副腎部分切除の適応決定には，超選択的副腎静脈サンプリング（ssAVS）による副腎区域別のアルドステロン産生能の評価が必要不可欠である．

・アルドステロン産生腺腫と副腎偶発腫の病理学的鑑別診断には，アルドステロン合成酵素（CYP11B2）に対する免疫組織化学染色が有用である．
