▶ポイント

・ロボット支援腎部分切除術（RAPN）における根治性の指標の1つは断端陰性である．

・断端陰性を達成するには，腫瘍の辺縁を意識した腫瘍の切除，良好な視野での切除，適切な症例選択が重要である．

・RAPNにおける機能温存の指標は腎機能温存である．

・腎機能温存に関わる因子として，腎動脈クランプ方法，切除方法，腫瘍底部再建方法が考えられる．

・適切な症例選択，適切なアプローチ方法，適切な切除方法を症例ごとに臨機応変に対応していくことが重要である．
