▶ポイント

・尿管癌に対する尿管部分切除術（SU）の適応拡大に向けて，将来的な展望を示した．

・ランダム化比較試験ができないためエビデンスレベルは低いが，適応として，①切除可能な尿管癌，②術後単回膀胱内注入療法，③cT2〜4の中部尿管癌に対するリンパ節郭清，④pT2〜4/pN＋/PSM＋の症例に対する術後化学療法を提唱する．

・以上の結果を後ろ向きに腎尿管全摘除術（RNU）と比較することで，SUを選択すべき症例の適応が明らかになる可能性がある．
