▶ポイント

・筋層浸潤性膀胱癌（MIBC）に対するロボット支援手術は，手術時間は長くなる傾向にあるものの，出血量は少なく安全に施行可能な術式といえる．

・ロボットアームの力が強いことから，剝離面を間違えると容易に腫瘍に切り込むことがあり，注意が必要である．

・手術の進行や不適切な剝離などを，遠慮なく指摘できるようなチームづくりが必要である．
