▶ポイント

・高密度焦点式超音波療法（HIFU）は，前立腺内部の標的を選択的に治療可能であり，フォーカルセラピーに最も多く使用されているモダリティの1つである．

・HIFUでは，前立腺体積が50cc以上の腹側領域に標的が存在する症例や，標的の直腸側に横径10mm以上の前立腺結石が存在する症例では，治療困難なことがある．
