前立腺癌に対する密封小線源療法

▶ポイント

・限局性前立腺癌に対する治療法は，密封小線源療法を含め多岐にわたる．各治療法の癌制御率のみならず，術後のQOLについても十分に考慮する必要がある．

・密封小線源療法の下部尿路症状（LUTS）は，頻尿や尿意切迫感といった蓄尿症状が主体であり，尿失禁のみで前立腺全摘除術と比較をすることは賢明ではない．

・性機能温存に関するQOLを考慮する際は，射精障害，オルガズム障害の存在を再認識する必要があり，勃起障害のみでは不十分である．
