▶ポイント

・後腹膜リンパ節郭清（RPLND）は，精巣腫瘍の診療において重要な役割を担っている．

・後腹膜リンパ節転移を有する精巣腫瘍の治療は化学療法が基本で，化学療法後に腫瘍マーカーが正常化し腫瘍が残存した場合には，RPLNDで残存腫瘍を摘除する．

・RPLNDでは，射精に関与する神経をできる限り温存する．
