症例

囊胞性腎癌との鑑別が困難であった腎mixed epithelial and stromal tumor

文献概要

　49歳女性．CTで右腎内部に隔壁を有する囊胞性腫瘤を認めた．腹腔鏡下右腎摘除術を施行し，病理結果はmixed epithelial and stromal tumor of the kidney（MESTK）の診断であった．術後経過は良好で，現在30か月が経過したが再発・転移は認めていない．
