▶ポイント

・行動療法には大規模前向き研究が少なく，エビデンスレべルは必ずしも十分ではない．

・行動療法は侵襲がほとんどなく，経済的にも負担が少ないため，夜間多尿に対する治療の第一選択としてまず試されてよい治療法である．

・各種治療法を組み合わせた統合的なプログラムによる治療介入が望ましい．
