▶ポイント

・前立腺肥大症（BPH）による下部尿路症状のなかでもっとも治療に難渋するのは，夜間頻尿である．

・治療に際しては的確な診断ののち，効果が期待される行動療法をはじめに提示し，必要であればBPH・過活動膀胱（OAB）の薬物療法を検討する．

・①多尿・夜間多尿，②膀胱蓄尿障害，③睡眠障害の3要因に沿って診察していくと，病態をイメージしながら治療アプローチしやすい．
