▶ポイント

・小児泌尿器科疾患に関する教科書やガイドラインなどの診断と手術に関する情報にアンテナを張るようにする．

・小児泌尿器科領域の手術には臓器摘除術は少なく，臓器の機能温存のための形成術・再建術が中心となるので，腹腔鏡手術においても術後長期の管理に留意する．

・小児泌尿器科での腹腔鏡手術の技術習得のために，ドライボックスなどを用いたシミュレーション・トレーニングを常日頃から積み重ねておく．
