▶ポイント

・レチウス腔温存ロボット支援前立腺全摘除術（RS-RARP）は，レチウス腔を温存し膀胱直腸窩から前立腺を摘出する術式である．

・術後早期からの尿禁制，機能温存，術後鼠経ヘルニア予防に寄与する．

・特に尖部腹側での切除断端陽性率が高く，適応についての検討が必要である．
