▶ポイント

・膀胱臍靱帯を切離しない状態で，精管に沿って腹膜を切開し，前立腺後方へアプローチする．

・精囊周囲には5mm以上の組織を残して，前立腺後方への剝離を進める．

・直腸漿膜面を露出させ，直腸側腔を展開し直腸のオリエンテーションをつけることにより前立腺後面の拡大摘除が可能となり，かつ直腸損傷のリスクは低くなると考える．
