▶ポイント

・術中の牽引，挫滅，焼灼により神経線維は不可逆的な損傷を受け，術後勃起障害のリスクとなる．

・前立腺基部を持ち上げる操作により，7時（5時）方向を走行する神経線維はprostate pedicle近傍に引き上げられることを意識する．

・前立腺背側と前方からの剝離面を連続させる際は，前立腺の輪郭をイメージして鋭的に操作を進める．
