▶ポイント

・ロボット支援膀胱全摘除術（RARC）の手技は，従来の開放膀胱全摘除術やロボット支援前立腺全摘除術（RARP）が基本となる．

・第3アームを用いて膀胱を上手に展開して，解剖を理解しやすい術野をつくることが鍵となる．

・骨盤内の脂肪量，腫瘍の位置と浸潤の程度により剝離ラインが難しくなるため，注意が必要である．
