▶ポイント

・ペムブロリズマブ＋アキシチニブ併用療法は，がん免疫療法と血管新生阻害療法を組み合わせることで抗腫瘍効果が増強するとされる．

・ペムブロリズマブ＋アキシチニブ併用療法では，それぞれの薬剤に特徴的な有害事象と重複した有害事象がみられる．

・ペムブロリズマブ＋アキシチニブ併用療法は，各種ガイドラインにおいてリスク分類にかかわらず未治療腎細胞癌の推奨治療となっている．
