高齢者・寝たきり患者の上部尿路結石への砕石術

▶ポイント

・高齢者の上部尿路結石に対する砕石術の治療成績は，若年者とおおむね同等であり，治療法の選択の原則は非高齢者と同じである．

・寝たきり患者の閉塞性腎盂腎炎では，のちの内視鏡的砕石術を念頭にドレナージルートを選定する．

・術後の尿路感染症の危険性が高い症例では，術前・術時の腎瘻造設，術中の培養採取が役に立つ．
