▶ポイント

・脊髄損傷のレベルにより患者個々の状態が異なるため，症例ごとに状態を評価，慎重に治療方針を決定する必要がある．

・脊髄損傷患者に特有の自律神経過緊張反射に注意して，外科的治療に際しては麻酔科との連携が必要である．

・再発予防や経過フォローに関して，適切な排尿管理，24時間蓄尿による評価，定期的な画像評価が必要である．
