・尿路結石は，尿路変向後の代表的な晩期合併症であり，結石再発のリスクも高い．

・尿路変向の術式や結石の局在により治療法が異なるため，治療方針は確立していない．

・結石破砕に関連したデバイスの進化により，内視鏡治療が広く普及している．
