▶ポイント

・術前抗菌薬は，尿培養の薬剤感受性試験を確認したうえで術前1〜7日間投与を検討する．

・尿管ステント留置後の細菌コロニー形成を勘案して，原則1か月以内の結石治療を検討する．

・術後感染性合併症のリスクを軽減するために，手術時間が長くならない（75分以内）ようにstaged TULへの切り替えなど柔軟に対応する．
