▶ポイント

・嵌頓結石における経尿道的尿管砕石術（TUL）の結石除去率は非嵌頓結石と比べ低い．

・術中の尿管穿孔，術後の尿管狭窄の発生など重篤な合併症が問題となる．

・嵌頓結石は早期に適切な治療を行わなければ，術後に尿管狭窄を来すリスクがある．
