緊急時のCT検査の基礎的知識

確実に押さえておきたいポイント
☞緊急時のCT検査は，結石診断を含む急性腹症，術後合併症，外傷の精査などが適応となる．
☞造影剤を使用する場合には，腎機能低下やビグアナイド系糖尿病薬内服に注意し，施行する場合にも適切な副作用予防を行う．
☞造影CT検査では，評価病変によって適切なタイミングでの撮影を選択する必要がある．
