膀胱外傷（骨盤骨折）

絶対に見逃してはいけないポイント
☞骨盤骨折患者に肉眼的血尿を認めた場合，膀胱外傷を疑い膀胱造影を行う．
☞腹膜内膀胱破裂では，修復術を要する．
☞腹膜外膀胱破裂では，膀胱カテーテル留置による保存的治療が可能であるが，膀胱頸部損傷，骨片による膀胱壁の穿破，直腸・腟損傷合併，また骨盤骨折の手術を行う場合には，修復術を行う．
