術後心筋梗塞・重症不整脈（胸痛・胸部違和感）

絶対に見逃してはいけないポイント
☞致死的になりうる術後心筋梗塞，不整脈を見逃してはならない．心電図変化がなくても術後心筋梗塞は否定できない．
☞術後心筋梗塞の発症2時間以内ではトロポニンTは陰性になることもあり，陰性の場合は12誘導心電図とともに数時間後の再検を行う．
☞重症肺血栓塞栓症でもトロポニンTは陽性になることがある．
