術後下肢静脈血栓症（深部静脈血栓症）

絶対に見逃してはいけないポイント
☞手術後の下肢静脈血栓症は，時に重篤な術後経過を引き起こす肺血栓塞栓症（PTE）の発生母体であり，血栓ができないように予防することが最重要である．
☞術後に中枢型かつ遊動性を認める深部静脈血栓症（DVT）を認めた場合には，抗凝固療法や下大静脈フィルターの必要性について，ただちに循環器内科専門医へコンサルトする．
