絶対に見逃してはいけないポイント
☞排尿困難，ショック様症状の出現に注意し，仮性動脈瘤が疑われたら早急に腹部造影CT検査を行う．
☞仮性動脈瘤と診断したら担当の医師に相談し，血管造影検査を依頼する．
