絶対に見逃してはいけないポイント
☞化学療法中に「①好中球数が500/μL未満，または好中球数が1000/μL未満で48時間以内に500/μL未満に減少することが予想される場合で，かつ②腋窩温37.5℃以上の発熱を生じた場合」，発熱性好中球減少症（FN）を疑う．
☞MASCCスコアを始めとするFN重篤化リスクをいち早く評価し，発熱から60分以内に適切な治療を開始する．
☞FNに対する初期治療は，βラクタム系抗菌薬の単独投与を行う．
☞化学療法中の悪心・嘔吐は，重症度と発症原因を適切に評価し，原因に応じた制吐薬を迅速に使用する．
