絶対に見逃してはいけないポイント
☞尿道カテーテル留置中の膀胱刺激症状の原因として，単純なカテーテル由来の刺激症状か，カテーテルの閉塞や位置異常がないかを鑑別する．
☞尿道カテーテルによる膀胱刺激症状への対応によっては，今後の患者の治療コンプライアンスの悪化につながりうるため，適正な処置・症状緩和が必要である．
